I am convinced that Ji Ho is Young Rang's son with Jeong Woo and that Yoo Man Se knew it and just lied about Ji Ho being his illegitimate child. It's his way of revenge to her for having an affair and thought he would live to see Young Rang treating the child badly but tough luck has it and he died before telling her the truth. What do you think?
