Innocent Man 8 Minutes Preview Recap for Episode 13 with Spoiler Photos
I was browsing through Innocent Man's Baidu bar and stumbled upon a post for the 8 minutes preview for episode 13. So I decided to share this with you along with spoiler photos of their date and a romantic scene in the kitchen, here it goes...
Scene 1: Kitchen
The whole kitchen is in disarray while Eun Gi who is wearing a cute apron with the words "Sweet Home" in front is cooking what looks like a breakfast. She's humming to herself while looking at the recipe on her tablet. She's slicing mushrooms and bacon and drops it in the pot. She starts stirring the pot and clearly looks happy, but she had another flashback of the night in the tunnel where Ma Roo was driving on the other side.
She remembers what Dr. Seok told her (from episode 12) of not running away and to keep her eyes open because it would surely bring back her memories. So Eun Gi takes a deep breath and tries to recall what happened that night. She was able to recall up to the part where she switched lane and accelerated. But it proved too much for Eun Gi just yet as she starts breathing rapidly.
That's when we hear Ma Roo's voice telling her that she's going to burn the soup. He comes up behind her and with his arms around her, he helps her stir the soup. He then asks her if she knows how to cook to which she replied yes then he teases her by saying she's already a grown-up and asks where is Choco. She tells him she went out to get water. Here's their next conversation:
Eun Gi: "Ma Roo-ssi... I'm scared."
Ma Roo: "What?"
Eun Gi: "That you'll grow tired of me. You'll run away from me because I am a burden and you've grown weary of me."
Ma Roo: (smiles) "That's not going to happen. Don't worry!"
Eun Gi: (in a whisper-like voice) "You're feelings might change."
Ma Roo: (pulls her close) "I don't know how I feel. I'll never grow tired nor weary of you. I'll never think of you as a burden, and I'll never... I'll never run away from you."
(The scene ends with both of them smiling at each other.)
Scene 2: Ahn Min Young's office
Min Young is with Secretary Jo. He thinks there is something fishy with Eun Gi's medical records at the hospital where she was first sent after the accident. He wants a certain Dr. Kim to look at Eun Gi's MRI and CT scan results and determine if they're really hers because he's suspecting that it might be altered. He said that if he is in the condition that she is right now, he really would have done it too.
Scene 3: Eun Gi's room
Eun Gi is looking at the pictures of the people from Tae San Group in the wall and mutters repeatedly Jae Hee and Min Young's names.
Scene 4: Outside, Night
Eun Gi is missing! Both Ma Roo and Choco are frantically searching for her. She asks their neighbors while he mistakes someone as Eun Gi. Ma Roo looked increasingly worried and the scene ends with Ma Roo continuing his search.
Scene 5: Ahn Min Young's office
Lawyer Joon Ha barges into Min Young's office looking upset and confronts Min Young. He finds out that Ma Roo was framed of something and it looks like they were successful because Min Young said that the "game is over and that he said he's going to leave the company", but Joon Ha said that it's not yet over since he's still got something up his sleeve (referring to the death of President Seo). Here's their conversation:
Joon Ha: "Do you want to go that far?"
Min Young: "Isn't that what you wanted? To force Kang Ma Roo to leave Seo Eun Gi? Isn't it all better for you? You're not a good guy. You're either a fool or a hypocrite. Get a grip Joon Ha! Kang Ma Roo is not someone you should help, he's someone you should strike down. That is, if you really want to have Seo Eun Gi."
Joon Ha: "Must I really have her?"
Min Young: "What?"
Joon Ha: "If I love her, must I really have her?"
