승현과의 재회에 마음이 부풀기도 잠시, 눈 앞에 나타난 두현을 보고 깜짝 놀라 서둘러 연구실을 빠져 나온다.
그즈음 응급센터로 발작을 일으키며 들어오는 여 환자. 종양이 뇌를 압박해 일으키는 성격장애로 의심되는 가운데, 여 환자의 입에서 튀어나오는 비밀스런 말들에 의사들의 얼굴은 사색이 된다.
