통합 암학회가 개최되는 호텔 세미나실. 승현(오지호)은 양한방병용 암치료 사례의 발표를 맡는다.
세계 각국 의사들의 표정이 엇갈리는 가운데, 혈액종양학 분야의 석학 스테판 의사가 불편한 듯 허리를 만지다 쓰러진다.
승현은 스테판의 미심쩍어 하는 표정을 둬로 하고 침 치료를 시작하는데.
한편 세미나 종료 후 짧은 드레스 차럼으로 수줍은 듯 연회장에 들어서는 혜인(김민정).
사실은 드레스 코드가 없었음을 알고 당황하는 그 때 두현(김승우)이 다가온다.
