의진을 서울로 다시 데려온 승현은 두현에게 수술을 부탁한다.
하지만 승현이 정의진이라는 과거에서 헤어나지 못하는 것 같아 두현은 단칼에 거절한다.
허탈해하며 둬돌아 서는 승현에게 매우 힘든 수술이지만 아버지라면 가능할 수 있다고 말하는 두현.
아버지에게만은 절대 부탁하지 않겠다던 승현은
연신 구역질이 나 고로워하는 의진의 모습을 보고 결국 하윤을 찾아 가는데...
한편, 응급센터에서 나오는 혜인에게 다짜고짜 따라오라는 두현.
자신의 차에 태우고는 혀인의 무릎 위에 초밥을 놓는다.
"인천대교 왔다 갔다 딱 한번 해줄 테니까 그 동안 다 먹어."
